Morpeth, NorthumberlandFitters were excellent. The products were excellent. The company however fell short in a few matters. They didn't confirm the date of fitting which resulted in our room and ourselves not being ready, two disabled people still in pyjamas. The second matter was not being told originally that the fitters needed an extra 50 pounds because we lived near Morpeth. Thirdly we weren't asked the correct questions about our current fire/boiler....another £220 required. All in all poor service from a company given 2000 pounds worth of business was at stake.
