Paul Tomlinson established Fine Surroundings Ltd in 1993 and has since grown his business by providing a high quality service and competitive prices. Fine Surroundings manufacture bespoke fireplaces for local businesses such as Rapid and Taskers as well as residential customers across Liverpool.
