About the Business
Lakeland Fireplaces was established in 1993 by Gordon Fairclough and is a now a family-run business, specialising in fireplaces, especially bespoke stone surrounds and facsimile antique examples, with the emphasis on historically-informed design, proportion and authentic detail. Husband and wife team, Gordon and Ingrid, also stock a wide selection of lighting, from 18th century-style crystal chandeliers, and tiffany lamps to contemporary styles. There is always a good selection of mirrors and decorative accessories in stock to suit period interiors.
